How we work
Small team, calm pace, high standards.
We're fourteen people, fully remote, organized into product squads of two to three. No standups, no sprints, no surprise pings on weekends. We work in long focused stretches with weekly written updates.
We hire slowly and rarely backfill — when we open a role, we've thought hard about the shape of the team for the next three years. Every hire ships in week one. Every hire talks to customers in week two.
We pay the same anywhere in the world (top of market, San Francisco-benched), and we're honest about ranges in the first conversation.
